Hello delicious meals 😌 I have missed sharing you ✨ I have felt at times people wouldn't be interested in my creations anymore, but this, I now realise was a limiting self belief, hanging on as the leaf of a tree 🌱 I have been doing a lot of deep self work, accessing the root, digging up the demons of self doubt, hugging their skeleton and gently informing them that it is safe to let me go ❤️ I haven't been allocating time in my life for @mytastysoul, but I'm really ready to allow myself to create now, to play, to slow down, to appreciate the present moment 😌🌸 This present moment I'm reflecting on this beautiful dinner I made for myself recently: Sweet potato wedges using the air-fryer (olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper) w a vegan pesto, tomatoes, chickpeas in a light curried sauce using a mixture of spices & oat milk, pumpkin seeds, peppers, tiny dash of hummus (it's all I had 🙉), sauerkraut and rocket. 🌱 Hello world, hello belly full of love 🙏 #mytastysoul
It's like they knew 😉✨ Beautiful acai bowl served with granola, kiwi, strawberries, chia seeds, banana and the holy grail.. peanut butter 💕💕💕 Such a nice treat served in 30' heat and my first ever #acaibowl somehow! 🌈🙏 #mytastysoul
Hello comfort food 😍😍😍 It's been so hard to capture my creations in Winter because it's so dark but I managed to catch the last glimmer of light today ✨ Quinoa & chickpea scramble with spring onions, peas, tamari sauce, celery seed, turmeric, cumin & coriander 😇 + some delicious purple cabbage AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST crispy little homemade sweet potato cubes 😭 Made in the air-fryer! I tossed in garlic oil & paprika beforehand then added salt & proper plus a big delish drizzle of tahini & toasted sunflower seeds 😍 GOOD LUCKKKKK that was too delicious for words but I clearly tried anyway 🙌 Thanks for following my journey 🌈 Food used to be so scary to me, now I eat in abundance without fear and so much love for my body, mind and soul 🙏 Healing creations 🌿 These nutrients will literally become my cells ⚛️ My body deserves all the good 💕 #mytastysoul
Hello ✨ I've been hiding under a rock! Life has been challenging & busy, how boring. 🌿 I'm ready to incorporate more JOY into my daily life again 🌈 which includes cooking & documenting my beautifully healthy creations ✨ Today I made a refresher juice - organic, fresh carrot, orange, lemon & apple juice from @mr.greenfreshfood + blended in LOADS of ginger, a huge chunk of fresh parsley, hemp powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cucumber & lime zest 🍋👅 #mytastysoul
Big bowl of love 💚 I promise that it tasted a lot more delicious than it looks ☺️ Lentil pasta (@freeefoods) for a rainy day 🌧️ with steamed tempeh, aubergine & broccoli in a homemade greeeeen sauce = spinach, basil, broccoli, oat milk, parsley, garlic, salt & peppa 👅 + tahini, toasted sunflower seeds and fresh spinach 🍃 Haven't been posting many breakfasts lately due to the fact my mornings have been a lot busier, but thats about to change 🙌 hehe #HugInABowl 🌈 #mytastysoul
Dinner is served ❤️ Garlic kale under tempeh with a ginger & peanut sauce ✨ Lentil dhal (lentils + scallions + curry powder + mustard seeds + turmeric + cumin + coriander), tenderstem broccoli, raw peppers and some Brazil nuts 🌱 My heart and soul is full right now 🌈 Grateful to have this space for creativity & yumminess ✨ #mytastysoul
Big bowl of mush 😍😍😍 Weather like today inspires me to eat the warmest, softest grub 🍴 Lentil mash with curry powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric, chilli powder & peas 🌾 Garlic, coriander & tomato spinach pan-fried from frozen (a much better way to eat it as you get around 10x the amount hehe) + fried aubergine 👅 mushrooms and a drizzle of delicious tahini from @sunitafinefoods 🙏✨ Toasted #Oatcakes for a bitta crunch to balance out the comfort 😜 #mytastysoul
I ate the rainforest this weekend 🌲 Peanut butter curry 💕 #SoulFood 🌈 Sauce made from minced garlic, peanut butter, @rudehealth coconut milk, madras curry powder, coriander, turmeric, mustard seeds, garlic, cardamom powder, cumin & peanut butter 😄 with smushed chickpeas, tofu chunks, courgettes, aubergines, mangetout & spring onion ☀️ WITH some salted kale 👅 Pan fried with olive oil & Himalayan salt 😄 + fresh parsley and toasted pumpkin seeds 🙏 Been so busy over the last few weeks that @mytastysoul went on the back-burner, but I realised I actually *need* to create delicious meals for myself and create the time to sit down, appreciate and eat them. It is such a therapeutic avenue of creativity for me 💕 A pillar for my mental well-being 😄 #Grateful #LessonsLearned 🌱 @mytastysoul
Hellooooo beautiful dinner 🙏 Super simple 5 minute grub which made me so happy 💕 Steamed greens = cabbage, broccoli + pak choy with a deeeeelicious curried satay sauce & tofu chunks 😛 Made by blitzing @meridianfoods peanut butter, @rudehealth coconut milk, @kikkomanusa tamari sauce, ginger, garlic, parsley, curry powder and coriander in a nutribullet, then heated in a pan where it naturally thickened 🙌 Topped with some toasted brazils 🌱 Happy Monday 🌈 #mytastysoul
The ultimate representation of hungover indecisiveness 🙋 Yelloooo simple Sunday breaky 🤪 Hemp protein porridge with @meridianfoods peanut butter, banana 🍌 & toasted coconut + pumpkin seeds 👅 + garlic mushrooms with rocket and avocado 🤗 Hug in a bowl.... and a plate.... and a fucking unreal homemade apple, carrot, ginger and lemon juice to accompany + inject some life into my hungover veins 💉 heh heh happy Monday. Food-wise (and life-wise) I'm feeling very inspired recently, so I will begin to share more goodness again 🌈✨ Love love love #mytastysoul
Ok I tried something radical tonight BUT BARE WITH ME because it was fucking delicious 🍌 Made a little spicy chickpea delight 🌶️ = Onions, garlic, aubergine, courgette, yellow pep, kale, tofu & chickpeas in passata mixed with the spices for tandoori masala 😛😛😛 TOPPED WITH coriander 🍀 toasted pistachios 😭 fresh yellow pepper, oat cakes and yeah, I know you see those sweet lil banana babies! I usually add sultanas for food like this but thought I'd love on the friiickiiin edge yo & it was such a nice way to cut through the spiciness 🤤❤️ 10/10 recommend! I am now very happy on this already happy Thursday 🌈 #mytastysoul

Back with a bang 😍😍 I've had a summer full of loveeeee featuring plenty of vegan yumminess I was too busy enjoying to capture 📷 hehe. I have had such a healing summer and woke up with the loveliest craving for something different last week 👉 Toasted @bionaorganic rye with (left) mushrooms cooked in garlic, turmeric & olive oil 😛 AAAAND my latest discovery - caramelised tofu 🥺 cooked in coconut milk, date syrup & sea salt 🥺 with banana 🍌 on top of a homemade chocolate sauce = cacao powder, @rudehealth coconut milk, @bionaorganic date syrup, sea salt & @frontier_foods tahini 😍 + toasted 🌻 seeds on all 😛 This was hands down the nicest breaky I've EVER had! Sweet and savoury - so delish. Looking forward to seeing where my new tofu addiction takes me 😄 Thanks for following 😘💕 #mytastysoul 🌈
Heelllloooooooo vegan bolognese! Not necessarily what I was trying to create but it ticked the boxes 😛 I mashed tofu up and added to lentils, spinach, passata and some spices 🤗 with some fried aubergine, peppers, rocket & toasted @bionaorganic bread ♥️ #mytastysoul
Tried out a new #vegan red pesto 🍅 from @genoveseireland 😍 Soooo delicious!!! I bought it from @mr.greenfreshfood 😉 Red pesto is always a lil harder to find being plant-based so I'm deeeelirah to discover this! Had it with a very randomly delicious mix of a chickpea scramble, #PakChoy, @bionaorganic rye toast & hummus from Delphi 😋 #mytastysoul
Deeeeelicious & dare I say #superfood porridge of buckwheat, porridge and millet 😛 Lil cocktail breakfast made with @rudehealth coconut milk 🌴🥛 organic cacao, maca, turmeric & cinnamon 😛 I made a sauce with a mashed banana, @frontier_foods #tahini, coconut milk, maca & pink salt 🍌 Lovely raspberries 🌈 & toasted sunflower seeds 🥰 #mytastysoul
